*75 authors will be selected from All India Contest at MyGov portal.
*The authors will be selected on their submission of 5000 word manuscript by the arranged committee of NBT.
*The comittee will assess the manuscript suitability to be adapted as a book.
*The contest will be held on 4th June and will last upto 31st July 2021.
*The name of selected authors will be announced on 15th August 2021.
*Selected ones will prepare a manuscript for final selection under the guidance of mentors.
*And by 15th December 2021,the entries will get published and might get launched on National Youth Day (12 January 2022).
Phase -I
*At first the National Book Trust will conduct a two week writers online programme for those who are selected and during this phase they will be trained by
Eminent writers from NBT's panel.and then they will be trained at various online/on-site national camps conducted by the trust.All this process will take 3 Months.
Phase -II
*In this phase the writers will receive an opportunity to interact will various other people of the same industry and can also enhance their skills by attaining
several fests/book fairs etc.
*After the end of the mentorship program,each author will receive Rs.50,000/per month for 6 months.
*The NBT will also publish the books written by the writers on which they will receive 10% royalty.
*The books will also be translated in other languages to promote culture nationwide.
