World Meteorological Organization (WMO) declares 2011-2020 the hottest decade in human history

The World Meteorological Organization reported in the report 'The State of the Global Climate 2020' that the year 2011-2020 has been the hottest decade.

It has also been said in the report that the years 2015 to 2020 have been the hottest years. At the same time, the record of the year 2020 has been one of the three hottest years.

In 2020, the average global temperature was only 0.3 degrees Celsius below 1.5 degrees Celsius.
