The World Mental Health Day is celebrated every year on 10th October 2018 around the world to raise public awareness about mental health issues worldwide
The World Mental Health Day 2018, the theme is 'Young people and mental health in a changing world'.
On this World Mental Health Day, is celebrated in more than 200 countries on October 10 through local, regional and national commemorating several mental health-related events and programs.
The World Mental Health Day was first celebrated in the year 1992, by the World Federation for Mental Health, a global mental health organization with members and contacts in more than 150 countries.
The World Mental Health Day is an initiative of the World Federation for Mental Health (WFMH). The World Health Organization (WHO), which is the UN’s directing and coordinating authority for health, support this event. The Mental Health Foundation is another organization that is proactive in promoting World Mental Health Day.
