United Nations reports on infant mortality rate 2017 in India 

A report by the UN about the death of newborn babies is astonishing. According to this report, every newborn infant dies in India every 2 minutes. Death is due to lack of clean drinking water, cleaning, proper nutrition, or lack of basic health services.

According to the report, about 8,02,000 newborn infants died in India in 2017. Even though this figure is the lowest in five years but it is the highest in the world.

The government of India has taken several steps to deal with the death of newborn infants.

The government is making every possible effort to deal with the causes of death. A matter of note that in India every year 25 million birth rates.

The mortality rate of newborn infants has decreased and the lowest in five years. This is the first time that the number of births and deaths of children below five years has become equal. The next step will be to reduce the number of deaths. 

The main reasons for the death of children include lack of clean drinking water, lack of cleanliness, proper nutrition, or basic health services. Most of the newborn infant deaths were registered in India. After that, there were 4,66,000 Nigerians and then 3,30,000 newborns died in Pakistan.
