UIDAI Challenge drive for Aadhaar Card from 15 Oct to cover all

 

 

UIDAI commences Challenge drive for enlistment to accomplish ubiquitous coverage for Aadhaar card (12 digit resident identification number) all over the country

The Unique Identification Authority of India initiates a challenge drive  to enlist residual populace of India in 22 states and UTs counting  Delhi,  Rajasthan, Uttrakhand, Madhya Pradesh, Lakshadweep, Puducherry, Kerala, Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Chandigarh, Andhra Pradesh,Telangana,Chattisgarh,Andaman & Nicobar Island, Dadar &  Nagar Haveli,Goa,Maharashtra,Jharkhand,Sikkim,Tripura and Uttar Pradesh.

This drive kickoffs from 15 October for a month, till today’s date, 106.69 crore Aadhaar numbers have been brought about across the country.

Applicants to provide mobile number for otp based verification

The applicants will be desired to provide a mobile number for the otp based verification onward with the demographic details and will be enrolled on a priority basis via special camps or at the enrolment stations located near them.

The idea is to comply that nobody is left out for the 12 digit resident identification number.
