Rights: Meaning and theories, different, and concept of Human Rights and Kantianism (Deontology)

Right have been described as being entitled or justified the claim to a certain type of positive and negative treatment from others, to support or non-interference from others. In other words, a right is something like that which is allowed to be morally permitted to every person in the community, deserves to disrespect us standing in a way that is essential for anyone to get it.

Theories of rights:-

There are fascinating theories of rights provided by many theorists.

Utilitarianism: Utilitarianism is solely consequentialist; justice or injustice of an action or state of affairs is determined especially on the basis of it's about. If an action maximizes the utility, it is just that.

Kantianism (Deontology):

Kant proposes that the essence of morality has been captured, which is called the Categorical Imperative. The Categorical Imperative is a rule for testing rules of conduct. It will exclude as immoral any rule of conduct which implies that one can do anything but another, in relevantly similar circumstances, may not.

The concept of human rights:-

Human rights are those moral rights that are morally important and basic and are organized by every human being because they are based on the universal moral condition of humans. Human rights are one of the important aspects of human political reality. This is the moral authority rights of the highest order.
