Nanotechnology ecosystem in Karnataka features, research and development details

 

 

Karnataka nanotechnology ecosystem for research and development in medicals, engineering, transport, communication, and energy

The State Government of Karnataka would be creating an ecosystem to bring all stakeholders to use nanotechnology across verticals including energy, medicine, engineering, transport, and communication.

Renowned scientist C.N.R. Rao shared the information on 2 November 2017 at the preview of the Bengaluru India Nano 2017 in Bengaluru on 7-8 December 2017.

The two-day event organized by the state Department of Information Technology, Biotechnology and Science and Technology.

The event would see the participation of over 500 delegates from countries including India, US, Japan, and Britain, belonging to the industry, academia, and research.

The two-day event would discuss various trends of nanotechnology like nanosensors, nano in the energy sector, nanomanufacturing and scalability and nano-medicine.
