In the first-ever released International Institute for Management Development’s (IMD’s) Smart Cities Index 2019, Hyderabad topped among the Indian cities with the rank of 67.
Hyderabad city was followed by New Delhi at rank 68. Mumbai and Bengaluru were ranked at the 78th and 79th positions respectively.
IMD’s Smart Cities Index 2019 list was topped by Singapore overall in the world.
IMD’s Smart Cities Index 2019 report ranked a total of 102 cities and was presented by the IMD World Competitiveness Center’s Smart City Observatory in partnership with Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD).
