Union Cabinet committee appoints former IAS Shakti Sinha as Director of Nehru Memorial Museum and Library
Shakti Sinha who has worked as a Joint Secretary to Atal Bihari Vajpayee is appointed as the director of Nehru Memorial Museum and Library on 29th September 2016.
He was appointed by the Committee of the Cabinet.
Shakti Sinha Career in government sector as an IAS
Shakti Sinha will receive a salary of Rs.2.25 lakh per month and will serve for three years as the Director of NMML.
He was also the director of India Foundation for 4 months and has worked in Andaman and Nicobar Island as the Chief Secretary for approx. 2 years.
He has worked with the Government of Delhi as a Principal Secretary for more than a year.
He has studied in George Mason University and Delhi University and has worked in the Institutional Development and Governance as a Director.
