Prime Minister Narendra Modi pays tribute the loknayak Jayprakash Narayan on his birth anniversary.
Jayprakash Narayan was a political leader, a social reformer and an independence activist who led an opposition against Indira Gandhi.
He was also awarded the india’s highest Civilian Award, Bharat Ratna in the year 1999 for his social work.

A train is also run by his name ‘Loknayak Express’ and also a part opposite to a college in Delhi is also anmed after him.
