Prime Minister Narendra Modi celebrates Diwali with Jawans, clears One Rank One Pension scheme

PM Narendra Modi has announced to celebrate this Diwali with Jawans.

He visited Sumdo near India-China Border in Kinnaur District of Himachal Pradesh to celebrate Diwali with the Jawans.

He has been celebrating Diwali with India armed forces since 2001 and offer sweets to them.

Narendra Modi also started a campaign #sandesh2soldiers

Recently, he also started a campaign #sandesh2soldiers by asking the people to send their messages or greetings to the Jawans on the official website of Narendra Modi.

He also uploaded a video for this that appealed the people to celebrate this Diwali by sending greetings to the armed forces.

He also interacted with the armed forces through ITBP and offer greetings and sweets.

He also visited the village Changa near the district, interacted with them and offer sweets to the children.

Narendra Modi also stated that he is happy to fulfil the dream one rank one Pension to ex-servicemen.
