Tran Dai Quang was born on October 12, 1956, in Vietnam.
Doing Ph.D. in the Law was also the Director of Tran Dai Quang Safety Advisory Department and Directorate of Security Directorate and Deputy Minister of Public Security. Earlier he was a public security minister.
He was a member of the Communist Party of Vietnam Politburo (Committee on Decision Making). He was the second highest leader of the country after the leader of the ruling Communist Party.
Born in Northern Ninh Binh province, Quang served as a teacher in a police college in the first round and held various positions in the public security ministry before being appointed a minister in 2011.
Tran Dai Quang was elected president in April 2016 by the Communist-dominated National Assembly. Before that, he was the public security minister of the country. After that, he effectively became the second most powerful person in the country after Communist Party General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong.
There is a party governance system in Vietnam. The power of this country is not in the hands of a single leader and the governance of the country mainly runs the heads of the President, the Prime Minister, and the Communist Party. Vietnam's President, Tran Dai Quang passed away on September 21, 2018. He was 61 years old.
Tran Dai Quang visited India on a three-day tour in March 2018 and also visited the Holy Buddhist shrine in Bodh Gaya, Bihar.
