Indian Passport: Address proof and Date of birth proof documents required to apply for the passport

Address proof

In this, you will get the water bill, telephone bill, electricity bill, income tax papers, voter ID, proof of a gas connection, where the work is done on the letterhead of the certificate, the passport copy of the spouse, the copy of the parents' passport. (For a minor), Aadhaar card, Rent agreement, Active accounts, passbook, etc can be copied with your application. You have to take the originals at the time of Verification.

Date of birth proof

Any of the birth certificate issued by the municipal corporation, school living certificate, Aadhar card, voter ID, PAN card, driving license etc. can also confirm the date of your birth.
