World Homoeopathy Day is celebrated by the Homoeopathic fraternity worldwide to celebrates the birth anniversary of Dr. Christian Friedrich Samuel Hahnemann who was born on 10th April 1755.
Dr. Christian Friedrich Samuel Hahnemann was a German physician who discovered the Principles of Homoeopathy in the 18th century and developed it as a gentle healing system of medicine.
Homeopathy as the world literally means is ‘Homo' means similar, ‘eo' means symptoms of the patient and ‘pathy' means suffering; originally a German word and coined by the father of homeopathic medicine, Dr. Christian Friedrich Samuel Hahnemann.
Homeopathy is the second most widely used system of treatment. It is one of the major medical practices used to cure diseases worldwide. This system of medicine uses a unique way of treatment by stimulating the body’s own healing power.
