Adarsh from Haryana defeated gold medalist Anish Bhanwala 30-29 and won the men's 25 meter Rapid Fire Pistol title in the 62nd national shooting championship.
2018 has been quite spectacular in Adarsh's junior circuit, during which he made two gold and bronze medals in Team Gold and World Cup in Changwon World Championship.
Anish finished second, while London Olympic silver medalist Vijay Kumar won the bronze medal. Adarsh also won the team gold medal in the junior category. In the individual junior finals, he was silver while Anish won the first place.
