Prime Minister Narendra Modi will visit Mandla in Madhya Pradesh on 24th April 2018 on the occasion of National Panchayati Raj Day.
PM Narendra Modi on the occasion will also launch the Rashtriya Gramin Swaraj Abhiyan and will address Panchayati Raj representatives at a public event in Mandla, Madhya Pradesh.
PM Narendra Modi will also launch a Road Map for overall development of tribal’s during the next 5 years.
PM Narendra Modi will also unveil a location to mark the laying of foundation stone of an LPG bottling plant of Indian Oil Corporation at Maneri, Mandla District. He will also launch a Local Government Directory.
PM Narendra Modi would also felicitate the Sarpanches of the villages who have achieved 100%Smokeless kitchens, 100 %Vaccination under Mission Indradhanush, and 100 % Electrification under Saubhagya Scheme.
PM Narendra Modi on the occasion of National Panchayati Raj Day will also facilitate winners of Rashtriya e-Panchayat Puraskar, and Gram Panchayat Vikas Puraskar Yojana under Sarvasreshtha Panchayat Puraskar Yojana.
PM Narendra Modi will also address a rally on Adivasi Diwas.
National Panchayati Raj Day is the national day of India, celebrated by the Ministry of Panchayati Raj on 24th April every year.
National Panchayati Raj Day was first inaugurated by PM Manmohan Singh in the year 2010.
