A ten-year-old girl, now known as the Mowgli girl, recued from Bahraich district Katraniaghat forest area in the company of wild monkeys. Mowgli girl has apparently been brought up by group of wild monkeys. She does not speak or behave like humans.
Mowgli girl first spotted two months back nearby villagers went there to collect firewood in Katraniaghat forest. Mowgli girl spotted living without any clothes scampering around with a group of wild monkeys. A group of wild monkeys protect girl to get close to humans.
People reported incident and existence of Mowgli girl to police. Local villagers find it difficult to rescue her from group of monkeys as group of monkeys ready to attack on local people if anyone try to go close to her.
UP 100 services get success in rescuing the girl from clutches of wild monkeys. The cops manages to pick up the girl and take her to the primary health centre.
Age of Mowgli girl reportedly to be from 8 to 10 years.

Unlike humans, the girl reportedly semi-conscious shifted to the district hospital from primary health centre. As per reports, her behavior is violent. She growls like a monkey and tries to claw if anyone try to get close to her.
At the time of rescue the girl had long tangled hair and long unkempt nails. She is also have some wounds on her body. Her behavior and health improving under medical supervision.
She walks on two feet unlike her rescued walking behavior on four limbs.
Mowgli girl's behavior shows she has spent several years in mid of wild monkeys after getting abondoned by parents in woods. Officials preparing to provide her special medical and psychological support for her treatment.
