Union Minister of State for Textiles Ajay Tamta inaugurated the 46th edition of the IGHF (Indian Handicrafts and Gifts Fair) Delhi exhibition on Sunday. It is Asia's largest handicrafts exhibition.
In an official statement, Tamta said that the exhibition has played an important role in the growth of the country's handicrafts exports. He said that this exhibition is the biggest program of its needs for overseas buyers.
Also, there is also an effective marketing medium for the Indian export community. More than 3,200 exhibitors and buyers from more than 110 countries are expected to participate in this program. This exhibition will last till October 18.
IHGF was started in 1994, It provides the business platform to small & medium exporters. The hallmark of a successful trade event is its ability to bring a platform wherein markets and people come together in an efficient and highly professional manner.
