UDAN (Ude Desh Ka Aam Naagrik) aviation scheme features for One Hour flight in Rs 2500/-

Ashok Gajapathi Raju, Union Minister of Civil Aviation, Govt of India join a press conference on UDAN (Ude Desh Ka Aam Naagrik) scheme today on 30th March 2017.

Hounrable Minister of Civil Aviation expresses hope for more jobs and investment as a result of UDAN scheme implementation in Indian aviation sector.

Under UDAN scheme within a year 33 new airports added in 76 previously operational airports in India. As per scheme 50 New airports be revived in next 2 Years.

UDAN scheme features, massive growth prospects in aviation sector

Indian aviation sector witnesses the highest growth rate 23% in year 2016. This also result in around 28% reduction in airfare during the year 2016.

After the first round of bidding Alliance Air, Air Deccan, Spice Jet, Air Odisha and Trujet awarded as the winner under UDAN scheme.

50% of total seats on every one hour flight with in India pay Rs 2500/- under Ude Desh Ka Aam Naagrik (UDAN) scheme.

Ministry of Civil Aviation move to include small cities and people living in small cities set to result in a positive impact in civil aviation industry.
