Late Manohar Parrikar was an Indian politician and leader of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) who was the 10th Chief Minister of Goa (BJP) under PM Modi Government from 14 March 2017 17th March 2019 (till his death).
Manohar Parrikar also served as Chief Minister of Goa for two terms in the following years viz from 2000 to 2005 and from 2012 to 2014. He was also the Minister of Defence between the time period from 9 November 2014 to 13 March 2017.
Manohar Parrikar was a member of the BJP and represents the state of Goa as a Member of Parliament MLA (26th November 2014 to 2nd September 2017) in the Rajya Sabha.
