Japan launches two robotic rover on Asteroid 30 million km from Earth

Japan to do world's first running robotic observation on an asteroid

According to the Japanese Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA), he has successfully removed two robot rover at "ROGU" asteroids, located 30 million kilometers away from the Earth. Rovers are being called collectively MINERVA.

The Japanese Space Agency has made history by successfully landing two unmanned rovers on an asteroid. Separating from Japan's Havasuusa 2 spacecraft on 22 September 2018, these rovers landed on the surface of the asteroid.

JAXA said that it is the world's first running robotic observation on the surface of an asteroid. The two working Rover have started to survey the surface of Rogu.

The Havasu-2-Yan began to land for Asteroid Roigu on 20 September 2018 from a height of about 20 km orbit.

The Havasu-2 will return to Earth from Rogu in December 2019 and reach here by the end of 2020. This vehicle will also bring some samples collected from the asteroid with you.

Rovers took photographs of a rocky space of one kilometer wide in his first phase pictures. The rocky asteroid, which looks like a diamond, is expected to have rich reserves of water and organic matter. From this picture, scientists will be able to "understand clearly the sequence of earth's construction blocks and its oceans and the development of life.
