6th US-India Aviation Summit Concludes In Mumbai- Details, Agenda, Purpose

The 6th Biennial United States-India Aviation Summit was concluded on 11th May 2018 in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

The 6th Biennial US-India Aviation Summit was a two-day event that schedule held from 9th May to 11th May 2018.

The 6th Biennial US-India Aviation Summit was formally inaugurated by Union Minister for Civil Aviation (MoCA) Suresh Prabhu.

The 6th Biennial US-India Aviation Summit was organised by Union Ministry of Civil Aviation in collaboration with US Trade and Development Agency (USTDA).

The 6th Biennial US-India Aviation Summit showed the participation of senior representatives from the public and private sectors of India and the U.S. to bolster long-term strategic and commercial aviation cooperation, led by activities under the USTDA-sponsored U.S.-India Aviation Cooperation Program (ACP).

The 6th Biennial US-India Aviation Summit was a technical, policy and commercial forum that served to assist India civil aviation agencies and aviation industry representatives, including private sector airlines and airport operators, to identify advanced US technologies and practices that can support their expansion and modernization efforts

The 6th Biennial US-India Aviation Summit also included sessions on India’s projected aviation growth in next five years, aviation security and technologies for worldwide airspace management among others.
