Nitin Gadkari laid NH projects of Rs1,224 crore in Uttar Pradesh, Objective & Details

 

 

National Highway projects worth 1,224 Crore opens in Uttar Pradesh, Objectives and Details of the project 

Union Road Transport and Highways, Shipping, Water Resources, River Development, and Ganga Protection Minister Nitin Gadkari will lay the foundation for widening and improvement of National Highway (NH) works costing Rs 1224 crore in Uttar Pradesh on 09 October 2018.

Widening and improving the 35 kilometers long stretch of Rampur to Sikariganj at a cost of Rs. 250 crores along with Ramjanki Marg (NH-227A), from Ayodhya Cantt to Rampur (55 km) at a cost of Rs. 315 crores in these projects. Includes.

Nitin Gadkari will also lay the foundation stone of Phase I of Basti Ring Road, which will be 14 kilometers long. It will cost Rs. 450 crore for its construction.

They will also lay the foundation stone for widening and improvement of the 35-kilometer-long Bathhani-Shoratganj section of NH-730, which will cost Rs 200 crore.

In addition to the NH-linked works, Nitin Gadkari will also lay the foundation for the development of the 354-km stretch from Faizabad to Manjighat in Ghaghra river (National Waterway-40).

Concerns related to this will be organized in hostel premises of Chhattisgarh, Siddhartha Nagar, Eastern Uttar Pradesh, in Kisan College, Civil Lines, Basti, and Shivapati Degree College.
