The Government of India has extended the validity of Central Order of sugar for further six months starting from 29the October 2016 to 28th April 2017.
The main of approving the validity is to enable the State Government to issue Control order with the prior agreement with the Central Government to fix stock limits or licensing requirements of sugar whenever needed.
This decision will be communicated with the state Government of all the states to exercise power and control orders with the prior agreement with the Central Agreement.
The central Order GSR No. 929 (E) has been passed by the government for the further validity up to 28th April 2017.
