According to Human Capital Index Report 2017 on an average, the world has developed only 62 per cent of its human capital.

Israel is the only country from the Middle East and North Africa makes it into the top 20.
From South Asia, Sri Lanka (70th place) is the top performer country, while Nepal (98), India (103), Bangladesh (111) and Pakistan (125) lag behind.
Sri Lanka is the only country achieving the threshold of 60% development of Human capital.
