France won 2018 FIFA World Cup final against Croatia
France defeated Croatia in the 2018 FIFA World Cup final 4-2 and clinched its 2nd world cup after 1998. It was Croatia's first time to reach the stage.

The match was started in attacking mode by Croatia whereas France in the defensive mode until Croatia's own goal by Mandzukic. Croatia came back well within 10 minutes and managed to equalize the score 1-1 with the help a fantastic goal by Ivan Perisic.
But France then began to crush down Croatia with a penalty goal by Griezmann followed by 25 years old Pogba's goal leading his side to 3-1. Young Mbappe became only the second teenager to score in FIFA World Cup final after Pele.
