All India Football Federation gets AFC Member Association award
All India Football Federation awarded with AFC Developing Member Association of the Year award
All India Football Federation achieves AFC Developing Member Association of the Year Award at Asian Football Confederation’s Annual Awards night on Thursday, December 1.
AIFF President Mr. Praful Patel accepts the award from Mr. Ali Kafashian, Vice President of AFC, at a glittering ceremony in Abu Dhabi.
AIFF also won award in 2014 for AFC President's Recognition Award
Member Association receives the esteemed award in consideration of its experienced administration and governance in addition to its remarkable contribution to advancement and promotion of games at all grades in the country.
This has not been the first time when AIFF receives award from AFC , earlier in 2014,it won the AFC’s President’s Recognition Award for grassroots football.
Patel thanks AFC for recognizing the efforts and says that Indian football is headed in the right direction.
