The 3rd Indo-German Environment Forum with the theme "Cleaner Air, Greener Economy" was held in New Delhi on 14 February 2019.
The 3rd Indo-German Environment Forum was organised by the two environment ministries in cooperation with the Asia-Pacific Committee of German Business and the Federation of Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
The 3rd Indo-German Environment Forum was a one-day event that involved panel discussions and parallel sessions focused on challenges, solutions and necessary framework conditions of air pollution control, waste management and the circular economy as well as the implementation of NDCs and SDGs based on Paris Agreement and Agenda 2030 of United Nations.
The 3rd Indo-German Environment Forum saw participation from around 250 representatives of ministries, business, and science as well as non-governmental organisations.
Declarations Signed Are:
1) Clean air and combating air pollution
2) Preparation of reference and COINDS documents for the textile sector.
