Russia is planning to send ultra-heavy rocket where the country is planning to build a base.
For this the country is developing the rocket and is expected that first stage of the construction will take place by 2025.
This is the opportunity to the country to realise the idea of scientific lunar base that can be visited and manned.
At the first base, moon will be manned by two or four people but after the number will be increased to 10 to 12 people.
The base will be designed such so that people can sit on the moon’s surface and for this underground facilities and radiation shelters are being incorporated in the plans.
