Union Cabinet to introduce New Housing Scheme in Union Budget in Februrary 2017

Government of India to introduce New Housing Scheme to provide cheap home loans up to Rs.50 lakh at the rate of 6% to 7%.

Due to Demonetisation, the Government has earned a lot of money and for this the government has decided to launch new housing scheme for the public.

The New Housing Scheme to be launch in February 2017 in Union Budget

The rates will be applicable to the people buying homes for the first time up to Rs.50 lakh.

New Housing Scheme aims to provide cheaper home loans to be public to make housing affordable.

The Finance Minister Arun Jaitley to declare the New Housing Scheme while presenting the Union Budget in February 2017.
