Mexico's Vanessa Ponce De Leon wins Miss World 2018 Title: Details, Highlights
Miss Mexico Vanessa Ponce De Leon has won the title of 2018 Miss World 2018 on 8th December Saturday.
India's Manushi Chhillar who was Miss World 2017, crowned her successor Vanessa Ponce De Leon at a grand event held at Sanya City Arena in China.
Vanessa Ponce De Leon (26-years-old) is a Mexican Model, with this feat she became the first Mexican to win the title of Miss World ever.
Vanessa Ponce De Leon started her career as a contestant on cycle 5 of Mexico's Next Top Model in 2014 and was the winner.
The 68th Miss World contest witnessed the participation of 118 contestants from all around the world.
Thailand' s Miss Nicolene Limsnukan named as the runner-up in this beauty pageant contest whereas other contestants who made a place in top 5 were Miss Maria Vasilevich from Belarus, Miss Kadijah Robinson from Jamaica and Miss Quiin Abenakyo from Uganda.
India was represented by Femina Miss India 2018, Anukreethy Vas from Tiruchirapalli, Tamil Nadu. She made her place in the top 30 contestants of Miss World 2018.
