Google today on 29th November 2018, celebrates the 400th birth anniversary of Spanish artist Bartolome Esteban Murillo with a colorful Doodle.
Bartolome Esteban Murillo was born in late December 1617, baptized 1st January 1618 in Seville, Spain. He died on 3rd April 1682 in Seville, Spain.
Bartolome Esteban Murillo was a Spanish Baroque painter of historical and religious scenes, portraits, and still figures in oil and fresco during the golden era of Spanish art. Known for his dramatic lighting, radiant color palette, and versatility.
Bartolome Esteban Murillo is famously known to bring life in a wide range of subjects, his most famous works include the Soult Immaculate Conception and the Vision of Saint Anthony.
Murillo's works are held at museums and collections throughout the world and various countries
Today Google in a doodle shows one of the Murillo's most famous works, "Two women at a window", painted around 1655-1660.
