3rd India International Cherry Blossom Festival 2018 Concludes In Shillong, Meghalaya: Details, Highlights

The 3rd edition of the India International Cherry Blossom Festival 2018 concluded on 17th November 2018 at Polo 5th Ground, Shillong, Meghalaya.

India International Cherry Blossom Festival-2018 was inaugurated by the Chief Minister Conrad K Sangma on 14th November 2018, It acclaimed international presence of Japan Government delegates.

Cherry blossoms mostly usher in winters in the most beautiful way across the north-eastern parts of India.

India International Cherry Blossom Festival-2018 celebrated the unique autumn flowering of 'Himalayan Cherry Blossoms' with various cultural events at Shillong, Meghalaya. 

Visitors thoroughly enjoyed fashion shows, rock concerts, a beauty pageant and even compete in an amateur Golf Tournament.

Also, there were stalls that showcase the north-eastern region’s food, wine, and crafts among several Japanese cultural events, a Japanese Food Pavilion and a Higher Education Stall in partnership with the Embassy of Japan in India.
