No charges on Digital transactions till 31 Dec promoting cashless

 

 

Government provides relieves to promote Digital Payments and cashless economy waiing all sort of charges on digital transactions

The Government of India has promoted Digital Payments due to Demonetisation and hence promoting cashless economy.

Some relieves are also provided by the government regarding online banking.

The banks to not charge any amount for payments through mobile phones till 31st December 2016

The limit of expenses to be paid has been doubled in e-wallets like paytm and also people can deposit money in e-wallets up to Rs.20,000.

Indian Railways has also declared that no service charge to be charged on online booking of railway tickets.

The payments made to the government or Government Agencies or any private units must be paid through digital media.

The Economic Affairs Secretary Shaktikant Das stated Rs.500 and Rs.2000 notes has been provided to the Post office people can now exchange 500 and 1000 notes from post office also.
