NDMC takes New Delhi development under Smart City mission
Main focus of areas under Smart City scheme by PM Narendra Modi
The roads in NDMC area would be constructed at World level and apart from that clean drinking water, central command and central control and free Wi-Fi services to be provided.
The Government has taken this move as no proper step has been taken after the launch of Smart City initiative.
The service lines under the roads will be shifted under the footpaths like the city Copenhagen.
NDMC is asked to construct the roads as of Copenhagen so that the people can make a difference on using the road
Clean drinking water would be provided from every taps so that people can drink without fear of dirty water.
Central Command and Central control centres to be established for improving the law and order in the state so that police can visit within 5 minutes after the accident.
Markets to be organised in such a way that parking facility would be available and provide landscape so that people can sit and enjoy.
