For offline feature, user needs to fill Pay-in-slip with registered mobile number and Paytm reference number and deposit this slip in the cash counter and the money would be credited to bank account.
For online feature, the process is done through NEFT/RTGS transaction.
It is important to submit a virtual account number (Paytm+ User Mobile Number) and IFSC code with the amount, then the amount would be credited to bank accounts instantly.
‘Offline cash deposit’ allows the user to deposit the money in paytm wallet through banks.
Fill the cash deposit slip with registered mobile number with a limit of Rs.10,000 for basic Paytm account and Rs 1,00,000 for Wallet prime Account.
