Note ban solution for NRI change money with banks till Mar 2017

 

 

Non-Residential Indians who have cash in Hand can also exchange the old notes and get the new notes with RBI till 31st March 2017

First way is NRIs are required to carry the money to India and exchange it with the banks till 31st December or with RBI till 31st March 2017.

NRIs can also exchange the money in certified money exchange in the city at pounds, dollars, etc. and can then change it into Rupees when visit India.

NRIs can deposit their money with Non-Resident Ordinary savings account.

NRIs can also authorise in writing to enable other person to deposit the money with the banks into NRIs account.

The authorised person can is required to visit the bank with OHD banknotes, authority letter and ID proof.
