Prime Minister Narendra Modi wishes Uttrakhand on its 16th Founder’s day on 9th November

PM Modi stated that he wishes the people of Devbhumi Uttrakhand on its founder's day.

Uttrakhand is the land of Hindu temples and pilgrimage centres throughout the state.

Uttrakhand known as ‘Land of Gods’ due to Chardham yatra and other famous temples are situated

Uttrakhand was separated from the Himalayas and adjoining north-western districts of Uttar Pradesh on 9th November 2000.

Uttrakhand was primarily known as Uttranchal as it is situated at the northern part of India.

The capital of Uttrakhand is Dehradun which is the largest city in the districts and is also famous for hill stations like Nainital where High Court of the state is situated.
