PM, FM, RBI start work 6 months back for Fight Against Corruption

 

 

The Prime Minister bans Rs.500 and Rs.1000 denomination from 9th November 2016 for which the decision was taken 6 months back.

The Cabinet has taken the decision to curb black money and cancel the duplicate notes from the economy.

The decision was only known to few people like Principal Secretary Nupendra Misra, Former and Present Governor of RBI, Finance Secretary Ashok Lavasa, Finance Minister Arun Jaitley and Secretary Shaktikant Das.

The implementation of this agenda was decided two months back and it was kept secret to all the people even the higher officers and ministers were not known

The Government wanted to know the amount which is been kept secret among the people as black money.

The cashless economy will be promoted as well as use of Debit and Credit cards will now be growing at a fast pace.
