PM launches Swarna Jayanti Golden Jubilee event in Gurugram
Prime Minister Narendra Modi to visit Gurugram in Haryana today 1st November 2016, tight security at the event
Modi will be a part of celebration of golden jubilee of the Haryana Government in Gurugram.
Around 1,00,000 people will be attending the celebrations at Tau Devi Lal Stadium at the inaugural ceremony.
Five-layer security has been put in place and over 5,000 people from Gurugram have been posted on duty.
Three helipads have also been prepared at Leisure Valley Ground for PM if he wishes to use.
Police chiefs from 50 districts of Haryana have also been put on duty for this mega event.
Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar also launches 'Saksham Haryana' scheme on 31st October 2016
Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar also launched Saksham Haryana scheme on 31st October in which post graduate youth will be employed and will be given Rs.9,000 honorarium for 100 hours of work per month.
Haryana was created on 1st November 1966.
