Former Caribbean Skipper Jimmy Adams has been appointed in place of Richard Pybus whose tenure of three years expired and decided to not renew the contract.
Jimmy Adams was the Kent head coach who resigned from the post in October after the tenure of four years.
Jimmy Adams has appeared in 54 tests and 127 one-day International for West Indies and achieved various runs that is more than 5000 runs in the two formats of the game.
At the appointment, Jimmy Adams expressed that he hopes for the growth of West Indies cricket.
