WikiLeaks: Twitter accounts not private even after verification

WikiLeaks confirms private accounts can leak to public on twitter, wants to use data for Artificial Intelligence software input

WikiLeaks has endangered millions of people who have verified Twitter accounts to make the personal details public.

WikiLeaks Task Force tweeted that they are thinking of creating an online database with all ’verified’ twitter accounts along with their family, job, financial and housing relations.

This tweet was later deleted and new tweet took its place which was that the Task Force is looking for clear discrete variables that can be put into their Artificial Intelligence (AI) Software.

The accounts will only be confirmed only when the identity of the person tweeting matches with that in the micro-blogging site

Twitter also announces that entering somebody else’s private and confidential information is a violation of the Twitter rules and strict actions will be taken against anybody found doing it.

WikiLeaks is already facing heat over leaking documents stolen from Democratic groups and individuals by Russian hackers.
