Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday launches mobile application BHIM (Bharat Interface for money) which is a card based mobile application.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi launches this app to pay tribute to the Nation’s best New Year.
BHIM mobile app does not even requires internet connection
BHIM app enables the person to make easy and quick payments using United Payment Interface which is available for both Android and iOS mobile phones.
The person’s mobile number need not to be enabled for mobile banking, the person just need to register the mobile phone with the bank.
To transfer the payment to another bank account, the person need to be live on UPI platform and all the banks which are registered under BHIM app are displayed on the app.
The important feature of this app is that payments can be made easily without internet connection.
