The 29th Accountants General conference was held at CAG building in New Delhi. It was inaugurated by President Ram Nath Kovind in New Delhi.
The 29th Accountants General conference is a two-day conference scheduled to be held from 10th October 2018 to 11th October 2018.
The 29th Accountants General conference was organised by the Comptroller and Auditor General of India (CAG). It saw the participation of Accountants General from all over the country. Finance Minister, Arun Jaitely also addressed the conference on the second day.
The 29th Accountants General conference involves deliberations on adopting most modern audit techniques to further improve audit effectiveness and enhance accountability in public spending.
