China: China made the world's tallest bridge on the sea connecting Zhouhai to China's city of Hong Kong and Macau

Chinese President Xi Xinping inaugurated the world's longest bridge on the ocean connecting Hong Kong to China and Macao on October 23, 2018. This bridge is 55 kilometers long.

Road traffic to open on October 24, 2018, the world's longest sea bridge connecting Zhouhai to China's city of Hong Kong and Macau. This sea bridge is connecting Hong Kong, Macau and Mainland China.

After the opening of this bridge, the time of travel between Hong Kong and Zhuhai will be reduced. Hanging from Hong Kong takes 3 hours now, which will be reduced in 30 minutes. It takes four hours to go from Hong Kong International Airport to Zhuhai, which will now be reduced to 45 minutes.

The specialty of this bridge is that snacking road crossing and a tunnel are also made with the bridge. This bridge is 22.9 kilometers above sea level while 6.7 km passes through the sea under the tunnel. This bridge connects 11 cities of South China including Hong Kong and Macau. Also, it can be used for the next 120 years. Time to travel will reduce 60 percent.

The tunnel has also been constructed inside this 55-kilometer long bridge on the Pearl River. It is believed that with this bridge, where many cities will come closer to each other, the trade will also grow, which will help in strengthening the economy.
