The chief Justice of India TS Thakur has taken the decision after two hours of conversation over BCCI’s unwillingness to agree Lodha Committee recommendations unconditionally.

One state One Vote, BCCI opposed to this implementation

Board agreed that some of the recommendations have taken place but state bodies will need more time to implement the reforms.

Gopal Subhramaniam has asked the Supreme Court to remove Thakur and appoint an administrator.

BCCI has been looking for more hearings as they felt that they have not been heard properly but the court will pass an order without stating the date.
